What do I need to do to ensure meal delivery if I live in a gated community?
When you sign up, we’ll ask you to provide any special delivery instructions such as gate codes or a neighbor to leave your meals with. If you need to change those special instructions, sign in to your account and edit your shipping info, or contact us and we’ll update your account.
What do I need to know if I have outside animals?
Our meals our packed in an insulated bag and well sealed glass containers so they are difficult to penetrate. However, we suggest placing a small table, stool, or a bin on your porch for us to place your food in if you don’t expect to be home at the time of delivery. We cannot be held liable if a critter decides to take your yummy food from you.
Can you deliver to my work if I live outside of the delivery area?
All of our deliveries take place on Sunday 10am–2pm. If you are at work during this time, then yes. If not, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you or notify you once we have expanded our delivery area.
What should I do if I want to freeze my client membership?
Please email us 1 week before you would like to freeze your program with how many weeks you’re taking off and we will notate it in your account.
What should I do if I want to cancel my client membership?
We never want our clients to leave, but we understand that sometimes things come up or that people change their minds. If you would like to cancel your client membership we require two weeks notice and a written request of cancelation. You can submit your cancelation request through the contact page, with the subject line “Request to Cancel Client Membership” your reason for canceling.
Can I purchase a client membership as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! We currently offer 1 Week Gift Memberships here!
Do you provide nutrition facts for your meals?
Plated With Purpose is happy to provide you with a full disclosure list of every single ingredient used in the making of your meals. However, currently we don’t provide nutrition facts. We at Plated With Purpose believe that when we are eating real, whole food and getting the proper nutrition we need, our bodies let us know when we are eating too much or not enough.
